On May 5th I had a procedure done by Dr. Hiba. The only reason I give four stars is because the wait was so long! Over two hours past my appointment time, but I truly would rather a doctor take his time with procedures than rush! The entire office staff is wonderful, but most of our time was spent with Gina. She is a wonderful, caring person and an asset to the practice! Dr. Hiba was wonderful and even came in and started my IV himself! While noone really enjoys going in for a procedure, Dr. Hiba and his staff make the visit comfortable and left me feeling cared for and valued. Great job!

On March 24th 2022 I had an upper GI test done by Dr. Hiba and his staff. Everything from my initial visit to the day of the procedure went off without a hitch. Each and every one of his staff members, including Dr. Hiba himself, were kind, courteous, and very friendly. I felt that I was in very competent hands, and I certainly was!! Then today, April 28th 2022, I came in for a colonoscopy. I had no anxiety this morning as I entered the practice as I felt quite comfortable in knowing that I would be well taken care of. Actually I can say it was a pleasure to be there. I am a people person and I like to talk and each and every staff member I came in contact with today treated me like I was special. I really felt that. Let me tell you, that is no easy feat for a very busy staff with all that is going on, to be kind, courteous, and caring. To Dr. Hiba and his staff I say Bravo!! Job well done!! Dr. Hiba is a wonderful doctor who takes much time to explain to patients about their illness from when he first meets you, what tests he will do and after tests explains in length what the results are including in written form and verbal instruction. Dr. Hiba's office staff is wonderful. Gina checked me in and went above and beyond meeting my needs for my office visit. I would strongly recommend Dr. Hiba and staff for all of your GI problems.

Dr. Hiba saved my life. I always recommend him to anyone who needs to see a gastroenterologist. Great bedside manner, always listens to what I say. Not an in and out Dr. He spends as much time with me as I need. Best Dr. I have ever had.
